I grew up in a small country town in Texas with a population of about 2,000 people.

I went on to get a degree in Marketing at a Texas University, where I landed my first corporate job a few months after graduation.

I have felt deeply that traveling was my passion and life’s fulfillment from a young age, but I have only recently been able to act on this travel itch, which is how Away with Anna came to be.

2022 was the year of shifts and chasing dreams. My partner and I booked a one-way flight out of the US, with our first stop in Phuket, Thailand! We are hopping countries every 1-3 months, and I am sharing everything along the way.
